FBA Prep Fees:
Single unit rate: 50p
Multi-pack bundle rate: 70p
Large outer box: £1.80 (max 25kg)
Storage fee: £2.30 per pallet/week
Prep fees include labelling, any packaging & internal box filler. No monthly subscription fee or fixed contract commitment!
We aim for our service to be a passive solution that requires minimal interaction and covers the entire process:
STEP 1
You find the deals, purchase the product and send the units to our prep centre, simply notify us of the incoming delivery using the online inventory tracker.
STEP 2
Once your stock has been received, we inspect the goods to ensure there are no missing or damaged units. If any issues are found, we will notify you and provide evidence.
STEP 3
We complete the unit prep work and get the shipment ready for delivery to Amazon. Using our limited access to your seller account, we create and manage the FBA shipment workflow.
STEP 4
Once your shipment is sent to Amazon via UPS, we will update your online inventory tracker and you're able to monitor the progress of your shipment from your seller account.
STEP 5
That's it! Just watch the sales roll in after enjoying our smooth and hassle free FBA prep service. We will issue an invoice the following month for all services rendered.

What's your turnaround time?
We offer a quick turnaround time for shipments within 48 hours that will enable you to scale your business with ease. Let us handle the vital shipment creation process for you!
How do you ensure confidentiality?
We're passionate about our client's privacy and will never disclose which sellers or products are within our service. Our staff are also contractually bound by non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) to prevent product hijacking.

Our Amazon FBA prep centre is located in Stoke-on-Trent which is a convenient and central location with easy access to the M6. Our warehouse is insured, secure and is subject to 24/7 surveillance. We are open Monday to Friday 8am-6pm.
Any incentives for volume sellers?
Yes! We classify any seller consistently processing over 5000 units per month for at least 3 months as a high volume seller and can offer bespoke pricing once you're there.
What else do we offer?
We offer both short and long-term inventory storage options, can work with you for any custom prep needs, help with product development for white label products, import & export facilities and offer a full 3PL order fulfilment service if you also sell on multiple other ecommerce platforms (e.g Ebay, Etsy, Shopify, Woocommerce, etc).
